TRE VENEZIE!!!!
Well deserved!
Tre Venezie, also known as ‘Three Venices’ is named after the three wine-producing regions in the North-East of Italy – namely Trentino-Alto Adige, Veneto, and Friuli-Venezia Giulia.
With its unbelievably beautiful warm and lengthy summers, lovingly assisted by the Adriatic Sea, Tre Venezie’s climate is perfect for producing the varieties of aromatic wines it’s come to be renowned for.
One of these wines is the Pinot Grigio, sometimes referred to as ‘Pinot Gris’. The Pinot Grigio is one of Tre Venezie’s most widely drunk wines, increasingly gaining feverish levels of popularity in places such as the United Kingdom. Made from white grapes, it has a wonderfully crisp and dry taste on the palate and is the perfect accompaniment to seafood.
But let’s not stop there, for we’d definitely be doing Tre Venezie a GREAT injustice if we didn’t explore the other variety of wines it produces - wines that are just as deserving of our attention (and palates!).
Ladies and gentlemen, introducing the refreshing, the suave, the smooth Soave wine. Yes, Soave means ‘suave’ in Italian! And it carries its name so well. Made with a combination of white grapes, but mostly with the Garganego grape, you will feel utterly rejuvenated after drinking this wine.
Feeling revived from the taste of Soave? Then, why not move on to the full-flavoured, the deeply-coloured Toreldego wine?
Come on, you can’t be tired yet? You haven’t tried the gorgeous Bardolino, the rich and strong Amarone, the broadly-flavoured Tocai Friulano, the fortifying Terrano made from the deeply-violet Refosco grape, and many more wines.
Here. Have some more Soave wine! That should keep your energies up!
